Se trata de una iniciativa musical con una finalidad caritativa, creada por los compositores de célebres videojuegos

San Francisco, Calif. – 21 de febrero de 2011 – OneBigGame (http://www.onebiggame.com), editor de videojuegos sin ánimo de lucro, anuncia hoy su asociación con Game Music Initiative, que permitirá que famosos compositores de música para videojuegos formen parte de un álbum único, basado en música de videojuegos. La recopilación se denominará “OneBigAlbum”.
El proyecto OneBigAlbum será una de las mayores colaboraciones musicales en el mundo del videojuego y formarán parte de ella compositores que han trabajado en títulos como Dead Space 2, Alien Breed, Deux Ex, Command & Conquer: Red Alert, God of War, Brutal Legend, o Fairytale Fights. En su lanzamiento “OneBigAlbum” ofrecerá más de 12 temas inéditos especialmente creados para este álbum.

The Game Music Initiative supervisará y coordinará el proyecto y OneBigGame, Inc. actuará como editor y distribuidor del álbum. Como en todos sus proyectos previos, OneBigGame, Inc. donará, al menos, el 80% de todos los beneficios obtenidos por las betas de este álbum a las fundaciones a las que está asociado: The Starlight Children’s Foundation y Save the Children.
